Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on PEDA LTD's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license does not include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer any software on the website
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person

All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• Payment must be received before order processing begins
• We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and card payments
• Prices for custom services are provided via quotation

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location and order complexity.

• Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Kigali
• Express delivery options are available for an additional fee
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

Our return and refund policy is outlined in detail on our Returns & Refunds page. Key points include:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items
• Custom-made products are not eligible for return
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

In no event shall PEDA LTD or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PEDA LTD's website.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PEDA LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of PEDA LTD until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
